Formula One is a global motor racing sport regulated and administered by the FIA with agreement with hosting circuits. The series is an annual championship which awards top drivers and constructors at the end of each competition year using a points system.  The annual F1 events are held at specific racing circuits (from March to November) as per planned calendar sanctioned by the FIA. L. Hamilton Race Win Celebration

The 2020 Formula One calendar has been impacted negatively by the COVID-19 pandemic, which resulted in cancellation of races and proposals to hold double headers in some of the race circuits and resumption of racing with no fans on the stands. The first two races will be staged at the Red Bull Ring, Spielberg in July 5th and July 12th. A provisional calendar has been released by the FIA for the 2020 F1 season.
